The proprietor Jane, would like to extend a warm and friendly welcome to everyone.
The Maitland is a warm and homely B&B. It is conveniently located
on the flat and only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, the
harbour and lots more local places of interest.

harbour and lots more local places of interest. The rooms are all individually decorated which offers that personal touch. I provide colour TV's, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and 100% Egyptian cotton towels in each room.
But best of all, there is off street parking for every room. If
that wasn't enough I also provide a great breakfast to set you up for
the day. I can cater for vegetarians, special dietary needs or just
simple requests.

Maitland offers an ideal base for a Devon holiday. Dartmouth itself is
steeped in history and is a thriving, bustling town that has strong
links with both the naval profession and yachting communities. The town is now a preferred location for UK and International film
makers, TV series and boasts some of the most spectacular scenery in
the UK.
Whether you want to browse through the art galleries, shop along
the cobbled streets, walk along the coastal path, go to the beach or
simply relax in one of the many local pubs, Dartmouth promises
something for everyone.
