Dartmouth has to offer. It is on the flat for those who do not wish to hike up and down the hills of
Dartmouth. Also it is a great base if you want to go out and about to explore
Devon or even the South West. The nearest beach,
Blackpool sands, is only 3 miles away if you fancy a swim or just a relaxing sunbath. The great thing is that you have the peace of mind when out and about that you will come back to you have a guaranteed parking space at the back of the property.
Dartmouth has a lot to offer.
There is plenty to do on the river Dart, whether you just sit on a cruise up the river or get a lift to the Castle or
Agatha
Christies
Gardens by boat which are lovely trips. What about jumping on the Steam train for a leisurely journey to Paignton, or getting on another boat right up the river Dart to Totnes. There also is the
Britannia
Royal
Naval
College which is an important part of
Dartmouth's history. There are set tours around this stunning college which is definitely worth a visit.
